Chicken Corn Soup


1 whole chicken (or pieces)
2 carrots, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 cans whole corn, drained (or 1 doz. ears)
1/2 cup celery
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Cook chicken till tender.
Remove from pot and take chicken off the bones.
Add celery, onion, and carrots to the broth
and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add corn and simmer 10 minutes longer.
Add hard boiled eggs and serve.
You can also add tiny cubed potatoes.
