Chicken Parmesan


1 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
12 boneless chicken breasts halves
oil for frying chicken
3 c. spaghetti or marinara sauce
(use your favorite jar or homemade sauce)
1/2 c. shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Season flour with salt and pepper.
Dust chicken breast with flour.
Brown in oil on both sides.
Place fried chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Spoon sauce over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 350F until cheese
is melted and bubbly, about 20 min.
Serve with your favorite pasta.
Makes 12 servings.
