Chinatown Chops


4 pork chops
1 pkg. Fried Rice-A-Roni
2 tbs. butter
vegetable sauce envelope
2 c. hot water
1 (2 oz) can mushrooms, undrained
1/4 tsp. soy sauce

In large skillet, brown chops for 15 min., and
set aside. Brown Rice A Roni with butter.
Stir in water, mushrooms and Vegetable Sauce
envelope. Place browned chops on top.
Sprinkle with soy sauce. Cover,
bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, 15 min.
