Chocolate Chip Kiss


2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 c. broken pecans
1 (6 oz) pkg. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350-400°. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Blend in sugar, add vanilla and salt.
Fold in pecans and chocolate chips.
Drop on shiny side of foil on cookie sheet.
Put cookies in oven, TURN HEAT OFF and leave overnight.
If too sticky, leave out in air to dry.
Snow white and they melt in your mouth.
