Chocolate Glaze


6 (1 oz.) square semisweet chocolate
2 tbs. light corn syrup
2 tbs. butter
2 tbs. warm water

Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler
over simmering water. Remove from heat and
stir in corn syrup and water. Blend until smooth.
Use immediately. 1 c. glaze.
