Chocolate Souffle

2/3 c.milk
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp.vanilla
1/4 c.sugar
2 eggs
Heat milk, chocolate & salt in the top of a double boiler.
When chocolate is melted, beat smooth.
Add vanilla & eggs beaten with the sugar.
Beat hard for 1 minute.
Cover & cook 30 minutes without removing the lid.
Serve either hot or cold with cream or whipped cream.
