CHOCOLATE COATED PINEAPPLE

6 slices candied pineapple
5 sqs. semi-sweet chocolate
Cut each pineapple slice into quarters.
Melt chocolate in top of small double boiler
over hot, not boiling, water.
Spear pineapple with 2 tined fork.
Dip in chocolate to coat.
Set on wax paper. Let harden.
Makes 2 dozen.
