Warm Chocolate Pudding Cake


1 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbs. unsweetened cocoa
vegetable cooking spray
1/2 c. skim milk
3 tbs. reduced-calorie margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 c. vanilla ice milk

Combine first 5 ingredients in a 9" square pan
coated with cooking spray; stir in milk,
reduced calorie margarine, and vanilla.
Spread evenly in pan.
Combine 1/4 c. sugar and next 2 ingredients;
sprinkle evenly over batter.
Pour warm water over top.
Bake at 350F for 30 min.
Top each serving with 1/4 c. ice milk.
Yield: 8 servings (233 cal) for serving.
