Chocolate Syrup Brownies


1 egg
1 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. Hershey's Chocolate Flavored Syrup
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. pecans, chopped

Beat the egg, and add
the sugar and chocolate syrup.
Sift the flour, baking soda and salt
together and add to sugar mixture.
Then fold in the butter and nutmeats.
Spread in well-greased shallow baking tin
(9" sq.) and bake at 350F, 35-40 min.
Cut while warm into small squares.
