Cheesy Potatoes

2 med. potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2" cubes
1/2 c. EACH: water, shredded cheddar
or swiss cheese
1 tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
crumbled cooked bacon
In a saucepan over medium heat,
bring potatoes and water to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered,
for 10 min. or until potatoes are tender.
Drain.
Stir in cheese, butter and seasoned salt.
Cook for 2-3 min. or until
the cheese and butter are melted.
Sprinkle with bacon. Yield: 2 servings.
