Classic Club Sandwich


Use freshly made crisp toast.
Spread each slice with mayonnaise.
Cover two slices with lettuce leaves.
Arrange neatly on one slice cuts of white meat from breast of chicken or turkey.
On the second piece of toast, place two slices of tomato
and two slices of crisp bacon.
Cover with the third slice & put sandwich together.
Trim edges, cut into four triangular sections and
fasten together with wooden toothpicks or french frills.
Arrange the four sections neatly.
The points of the section should be pointing upward.
