Cinnamon Popovers

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. all purpose flour
1 tbs. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 tbs. butter, melted
Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender;
blend just until batter is smooth.
Place well greased muffin pans in 425°, 3 min.
or until a drop of water sizzles when dropped in them.
Remove pans from oven; fill each muffin cup half full with batter.
Bake at 425° for 15 m in.
Reduce heat to 350°, and bake 12-15 min. or until popovers are firm.
Serve immediately.
Yield: 1 dozen
