Coconut Pie


1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Pour milk over coconut and set aside
while creaming butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat mixture well.
Then add milk and coconut and flavoring.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 350°, 30 min.,
or until pie is golden brown and firm.
