Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce 4


1 Medium onion, chopped
1 Lb. ground beef
16 Oz. tomato paste
1 Tbs. Vinegar
1/4 C. sweet relish
1 Dash cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbs. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbs. yellow mustard

Brown together onion and ground beef.
Bring beef mixture, paste, vinegar,
sweet relish and salt to a boil.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add yellow mustard, chili powder,
pepper and cayenne pepper.
Add a little water if too thick.
Grill hot dogs and chop onions fine.
Steam buns if needed.
