1 lb #9 thin spaghetti
2 onions, diced
about a lb of hamburger
V8 juice, large can
Velveeta, either the boxed kind or the slices
Saute hamburger and onions in a big frying pan.
Season to your taste.
While that's cooking, cook and drain the spaghetti.
Heat your oven to 350F.
Spray a 13x9" pan with Pam.
Spread out a layer of spaghetti in the pan.
Cover the spaghetti with some of the hamburger mixture.
Then repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
As you put the layers in you can pour in some of the
V8 as you go along and then put more over the top.
Bake for about 45-50 minutes. Check after a half hour
for dryness and add the remaining V8 if necessary.
When done, place Velveeta over top and
cook additional 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy. It goes good with
Italian bread that is heated with butter and garlic.
