Claudine's Baked Corn Casserole


1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 medium Bell pepper, chopped
1 (2 oz) jar chopped pimiento, drained
2/3 cup milk
1egg, beaten
1 cup saltine crackers, crushed
1cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
2 Tablespoons sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients.
Place in a buttered 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake in a preheated 350ºF. oven for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
