Corn Fritters


1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
One 15 oz can corn

Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix wet ingredients together with corn.
Combine wet and dry ingredients only till moistened.
Spoon tablespoonfuls into hot grease one inch deep
and fry till golden. Drain on paper.
More corn can be used but no more liquid.
