Crab Canapes


1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 (7 oz) can Alaska king crab, flaked
20 Melba toast rounds

Preheat broiler 10 min. if manufacturer directs.
In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise with parmesan,
lemon juice and crabmeat. Spread each toast round
with crab mixture up to edges.
Place on cookie sheet and broil 3 min. or until bubbly.
Garnish each with parsley sprig.
Makes 20 canapes or 6 appetizer courses.
