5 tbs. Buter
2 thin slices, chopped Smithfield Ham
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbs. crab meat, picked
cooked rice
In pan, melt butter, then saute ham,
green pepper and onion until tender.
Add crab meat.
Cook over low heat until
slightly brown (about 5 min.)
Serve with hot fluffy rice.
