Cranberry Jelly


3 1/2 C. cranberry juice
1 pkg. powdered pectin
4 C. sugar
1/4 C. lemon juice

In large pot combine cranberry juice and pectin.
Bring to a full boil.
Stir in sugar. Bring to a boil again.
Boil hard 1 min, uncovered, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice.
Skim off foam on top.
Pour into hot jars, seal.
Makes 6 half pints
