Cranberry Orange Loaf

2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt Grated rind of one orange 1 1/2 cups sliced cranberries, fresh or frozen 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts 1/4 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 egg 3/4 cup orange juice
Preheat oven to 350*F (180*C). Grease a 9x5x3" pan; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, and egg with electric mixer
Spoon into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour,
