Cream Cheese Muffins


2 c. flour
1 tbs. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup mini choc. chips
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup milk
1/4 c. butter melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Spray "Texas" size muffin cups with Pam.
Stir together dry ingredients.
Cut in cream cheese. Add chocolate chips.
Stir together egg, milk, vanilla and melted butter.
Add to flour mix and stir just until moistened.

Spoon into muffin pan,
sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired,
and bake at 400 degrees for 25 min.
Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove to rack.
Should make 6 large muffins.
