Cream Cheese Muffins


margarine
graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
cherry pie filling
Grease small muffin pans with margarine and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Mix together 3/4 cup sugar, cream cheese and egg yolks.
Beat egg whites and fold into cream cheese mixture.
Pour into muffin pans. Bake at 350 ° for 15 minutes.
Then mix together sour cream, vanilla and 2 1/2 tbs. sugar,
put in center of muffins and return to oven at 400° for 5 minutes.
Let cool; put pie filling on the muffins.
