Creole Sauce


1/4 c. minced onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbs. butter, melted
1/4 c. chopped stuffed green olives
1 1/2 c. finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
dash cayenne pepper
1 tsp. sugar

Saute onion and green pepper in butter
until onion is light brown.
Add remaining ingredients;
simmer 10-15 min.
Serve over boiled or baked fish.
