Cucumber Sauce
1/2 c. peeled, chopped cucumber
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. commercial sour cream
1 tbs. choped chives
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried dillweed
Combine all ingredients; mix well and chill.
Serve with seafood.
Yield: about 1 1/2 c.
