Favorite Curry Pickles


3 lb. 4"-5" cucumbers
1 2/3 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 tbs. mustard seed
2 tbs. salt
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed

Wash cucumbers and cut in chunks.
Combine 2 c. water and remaining ingredients
and heat to boiling. Simmer while
quickly packing one hot sterilized
pint jar at a time. Seal.
Process 5 min. in a hot water bath.
Makes 5 pints.
