Danish Meatballs


1 env. Onion Soup Mix
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, beaten

In large bowl, combine soup mix, meat, milk and egg.
Shape into 1 1/2" balls. In large skillet, melt butter and brown meatballs,
turning frequently. Makes 6 servings.
