8 hard-cooked eggs
5 tbs. mayonnaise
1 tsp. instant minced green onion
1 tbs. chili sauce
Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
For green eggs, combine half yolks with
3 tbs. of mayonnaise and minced onion.
Spoon mixture into 8 halves;
garnish with fresh parsley or dill.
For red eggs, combine rest of yolks with
2 tbs. mayonnaise and chili sauce.
Spoon into remaining eggs and garnish
with dots of pimento if desired.
