Dijon Dressing
My recipe published in Southern Living



1/2 c Dijon mustard
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
2 tbs. grated Parmiasiano Regiano
2 tbs. light corn syrup
1 tbs. chopped fresh or 2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients;
stir with a wire whisk until blended.
Cover; chill at least one hour.
Serve over salad greens.
Yield: 1 2/3 c.
