Dijon Pork Chops


6 boneless pork loin chops
2 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1 cup flour
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 - can Cream of Celery soup
1/2 soup can of milk
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Spread a small amount of mustard on
each side of the chops. Mix the flour,
seasoned salt and poultry seasoning in a paper bag.
Coat each chop and set on a paper towel.
Add a couple tablespoons of cooking oil to a large skillet.
Brown the chops with an onion slice on top of each chop.
Turn each chop including the onion to brown on the other side.
Put the can of soup mix in a mixing bowl and add
1/2 can of milk. Mix the soup with the milk then add
to the chops and cover. Simmer 30 minutes.
