Combine egg and milk.
Add Bisquick; stir only until moistened.
Add onion, parsley and half of the cheese.
Grease an 8x1.5" round cake pan.
Spread the dough in the prepared pan.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Dribble the butter over the top.
Bake at 400° until a toothpick comes out clean
about 20 min.
