Edith's Pea Salad


1/2 c. Mazola
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2-3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can small peas
1 c. french green beans
1 c. shoe peg corn
1 sm. jar pimiento, chpd.
1 c. celery, chpd.
1 medium onion

Bring to boil oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.
Drain vegies.
Add celery and finely chopped onion.
Pour marinated sauce over and toss well.
Keeps several weeks.
