Eggs In Tomatoes

2 medium tomatoes
salt
pepper
garlic powder
4 eggs
4 teaspoons Parmesan Cheese, grated
Cut tomatoes in half and remove enough pulp to make room
for an egg in each half. Place tomato halves in shallow baking dish.
Season tomatoes with salt, pepper and garlic powder
and then break a raw egg in each half.
Sprinkle on teaspoon of Parmesan Cheese on each egg
and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until egg in cooked. Serves 4.
