English Cream Scones

2 c. all-purpose flour 1 tbs. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. cold butter, diced 1 c. cold whipping cream

Turn onto floured surface. Knead 5-6 times gently.
To reheat scones, zap for 30-40 seconds in microwave. |
