Executive Mansion Hot Mulled Cider
4 c. sweet apple cider
8 whole cloves
1 stick of cinnamon
juice and whole rind of one lemon
1 tsp. whole allspice
Pour ingredients into saucepan.
Heat slowly to boiling.
Strain thoroughly and serve hot.
