2 c low-fat vanilla ice cream
1 c skim milk
1/4 c chocolate syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 c Cool Whip(r) Free, thawed
In a food processor, combine ice cream, milk,
chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract.
Process on high speed until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into four glasses and top each with a
dollop of whipped topping. Serve immediately.
