Betty Feezor's Pimento Cheese
Sandwich Filling



1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbs. vinegar
1/2-1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (7 oz) jar pimentos
1/2 tsp. Salt
dash cayenne pepper

In top of double boiler, heat milk.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Let cool until lukewarm.
Add vinegar, mustard, pimentos, salt and cayenne.
Makes 2 pints.
