3/4 c. heavy cream 1/2 c. freshly grated parmesan 1 Pinch salt and pepper
1/4 lb. fettucini, cooked
Place cream and cheese in a saucepan.
Over medium heat (keep it medium
so cheese doesn't scorch),
cook until cheese is melted and
cream is vigorously boiling.
Add cooked fettucini, salt and pepper.
Heat to desired serving temperature.
Serve immediately. 1 serving.
