Flossie's Chicken Casserole


4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 sm. pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
1/2 c. margarine

Stew chicken breasts. Let cool.
Remove bones and skin. Cut into chunks.
Add soups, milk and broth and mix well.
Melt margarine and mix with stuffing.
Put a layer of about half of mixture
into bottom of 9x12" pan.
Add chicken mixture and top with
remaining stuffing mixture.
Bake at 350F for 30 min.
or until top is brown.
Makes 4 servings.
