French Coconut Pie


3 eggs
1 stick margarine, melted and cooled
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbs. flour
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. coconut, flaked
1 unbaked pie shell, 8" or 9"

Beat eggs; stir in margarine, sugar
mixed with flour, buttermilk and coconut.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375F about 45 min.
or until filling is set.
