2 c. fresh blueberries
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbs. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Wash and crush blueberries. Combine blueberries,
sugar, lemon juice, and salt in saucepan.
Bring to boiling point and boil for 1 min.
Add vanilla; chill. Serve over pudding, cake,
or ice cream. 1 1/2 c.
