French Onion Soup


3-4 onions
2 tbs. butter
2 cans condensed Beef Broth
1 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. worcestershire
hard rolls or french bread, sliced
shredded Parmesan cheese

Cook onions in butter until lightly browned,
about 15 min. Add beef broth, water and
worcestershire sauce; simmer 20 min.
Sprinkle bread slices generously with cheese.
Place under broiler until cheese is lightly browned.
Float a slice of cheese topped toast on each serving.
Serves 4-6.
