Frozen Fruit Salad

1 (3 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbs. mayonnaise
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (16 oz) can EACH drained, crushed pineapple,
fruit cocktail
1 doz. maraschino cherries, halved
2 c. miniature marshmallows
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese
and mayonnaise until creamy.
In a medium bowl,
beat whipping cream until stiff.
Fold in cream cheese mixture.
Fold in nuts, pineapple, fruit cocktail,
cherries and marshmallows.
Leaving enough plastic wrap
to extend several inches above top
on all sides, line a 1-qt. loaf pan.
Pour mixture into pan and freeze until firm.
Lift out whole loaf
and serve on bed of lettuce.
Or, slice and serve on
individual lettuce-lined plates.
Serves 10.
