Frozen Sherry Pudding


1/2 c. sugar
2 egg, separated
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
crushed vanilla wafers
4-5 tbs. rum

Beat yolks; add sugar and rum.
Let stand for several minutes.
Beat egg whites.
Fold into rum mixture.
Line ice cube tray with crushed vanilla wafers.
Pour rum mixture over and freeze.
Sprinkle a few crumbs on top before freezing.
