Fudge Pudding Cake


1 1/2 sticks margarine
1/4 c. cocoa
3 well beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbs. flour
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt margarine and cocoa together and slightly cool.
Beat eggs and add sugar.
Combine all ingredients and mix by hand.
Pour in heavily buttered 9" square pan
placed in larger pan containing 1" water.
Bake at 350F for 50 min.
Cool well before cutting, and cover squares
with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Serves 8-10.
