Geg's Swiss Vegetable Medley


1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots
and cauliflower combination
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 jar chopped pimento (optional)
1 can French fried onions.

Combine all ingredients but reserve 1/2 can of
French fried onions and 1/2 c. of cheese.
Pour into casserole dish.
Bake, covered, at 350 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions,
bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
