George's Rice Pudding


3 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
a little more than 1/4 c. margarine
1 c. Minute Rice
1/2 c. sugar
cinnamon

Boil 2 c. milk and vanilla and margarine.
Add rice and simmer until the right consistency,
adding rest of milk as needed. Take off heat.
Add sugar and stir. Put in pan to cool.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serves 6.
