German Chocolate Pie


1 tsp. unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tbs. each flour and cocoa
2 eggs
1 tbs. melted butter
3/4 c. canned milk
1 can coconut
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Mix dry ingredients; add gelatin, eggs, milk,
then coconut and pecans.
Bake at 350° for 45 min. in a 9-10" unbaked pie shell.
