German Potato Pancakes


6 medium Irish potatoes
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbs. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, grated

Grate potatoes (peeled) on coarse blade.
Add rest of ingredients.
Drop by tablespoonfuls in hot fat
and fry util golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Depending on amount of potato water,
correct the amount of flour.
