Chocolate Bit Cake


1 pkg. Duncan Hines Yellow Cake
1 bar (4 oz) German Chocolate
1/2 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. Crisco Oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box French Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling

Mix all ingredients together except chocolate.
Beat 2 min.
Grate German Chocolate bar.
Add to batter along with chocolate chips.
Pour into greased tube pan or two loaf pans.
Bake at 350°, 45-55 min.
